How do I change the recorded video's quality/format?

1. Click Swings
   
   
   
   
2. Click the + button at the bottom of the list.
   
   
   
   
3. This will bring up the recording details.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the video quality drop down list, then choose the video quality:
